Job description

As a Customer Success Consultant, you help our customers extract most value and usage from our products. You work closely with them to understand their business goals and translate those into practical, effective product usage.

Who we are

We are Rotate. We help key players across the global air cargo and logistics industry make better commercial and strategic decisions. We provide cloud-based software and analytics, world-leading market data, and data-driven strategy consulting. Our clients include top-tier airlines, airports, freight forwarders, governments, shippers, investors, and other industry stakeholders.

Founded in 2022 by a core team of former aviation strategy consultants, Rotate has grown rapidly. We now have offices in the Netherlands and Malaysia and a diverse team of around 50 professionals, including strategy consultants, data scientists, software developers, and data engineers. Demand for our work continues to grow strongly, and we are therefore looking for talented customer success consultants to strengthen our team.

What you’ll do

When joining Rotate as a Customer Success Consultant, you will:

  • Join a fast-growing and entrepreneurial company working at the intersection of data, software, and air cargo expertise

  • Work closely with airlines, GSAs, forwarders, and industry players to help them get maximum value from Rotate’s products

  • Become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customers’ business context, objectives, and decision-making processes

  • Play a key role in onboarding customers and guiding them from initial usage to advanced, value-driven use cases

  • Work directly with customers around the world and have real ownership over how value is delivered. Your ideas will be encouraged from day one

As examples, you may help airline commercial teams boost sales, advise on network planning and schedules, or guide forwarders on carrier strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring customer problems and defining practical, product-led solutions

  • Understanding customer goals, KPIs, and success criteria

  • Leading onboarding, training, and tailored enablement sessions

  • Analyzing product usage and proactively driving adoption

  • Preparing clear, actionable communication materials linking insights to business impact

  • Collaborating closely with Product, Consulting, Analytics, and Sales team

  • Acting as the voice of the customer internally to help shape product improvement

  • Building long-term, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders

Why work at Rotate?

At Rotate, you’ll join a fast-moving team that’s tackling an endless stream of fascinating problems in an industry that’s essential to the global economy. We build high-impact products and strategies using modern technologies, and we’re committed to tailoring your personal and professional growth as we scale. Our performance management and learning programs are all about helping you grow, with coaching and mentorship on a daily basis.

In addition to excellent compensation, you’ll get to:

  • Build things that matter. Solve complex problems in a critical industry. Advise clients on their most fundamental strategic questions, or partner with airlines to co-develop data-driven SaaS products with the latest technology stack. Drive efficiency and sustainability in global supply chains.

  • Write your own story. Feel like an entrepreneur within a well-funded company and established team. Help us build Rotate and share in our joint success. Partner with us to tailor your development and career ambition.

  • Live unforgettable experiences. Get exposed to different cultures, go on unforgettable offsites, experience the highs and lows of scale-up life…and if you’re keen, travel the world and eat sushi in Tokyo!
