About You

As a Data Analyst, you’re eager to make an impact and bring your analytical skills to real-world applications. While you may still be in the early stages of your career (recent graduates and candidates with up to ~2 years of experience are welcome), you’re motivated to learn and develop rapidly in a collaborative, dynamic environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

You will work hands-on with diverse data collected from multiple sources, transforming it into workable datasets and/or actionable insights. With data analytics at the heart of our business, you will play a pivotal role in extracting and unlocking value from both market and client data.

As a key part of our team, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with global airline partners to develop data-driven solutions that address industry challenges.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of data pipelines: identifying and ingesting relevant data, overseeing transformation and processing, and ensuring integration for product and analytics use cases.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the ideation, design, and development of data science, predictive modeling, and machine learning solutions.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders through presentations, Q&A sessions, and ad hoc touchpoints, providing clear explanations our data driven products and solutions
  • Bring fresh ideas from various disciplines, address data challenges, and stay updated on the latest technology trends.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data processing.
  • An understanding of (advanced) analytical techniques and common data science toolkits.
  • you are eager to learn about tools for data visualization and presentation techniques.
  • You are curious, proactive and feel comfortable in a flexible and professional environment where you are given both freedom and responsibility.
  • Willingness to collaborate in and with cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with data management (engineering, data pipelines, workflows) is a great plus.
  • You are fluent in English, and proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.

Where is the position located?
We have chosen to be based in Utrecht within walking distance from the Central Station. We find value in being together as we collaborate to build exciting new products, while offering flexibility to accommodate different ways of working.
