About You
You have the basic knowledge and skills in quality assurance and have executed regression testing, integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality are unwavering. You are eager to learn new things and improve your QA knowledge. You work well both independently and as part of a team, and you communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Rotate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
Conducting integration tests to verify the proper interaction between different modules.
Implementing and executing end-to-end (E2E) tests to validate the complete workflow of the application.
Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues using appropriate tools.
Writing detailed test specifications to guide the testing process.
Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless testing process.
Providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in testing practices.
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Job requirements
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in software QA testing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge and experience of regression testing, integration testing, end-to-end (E2E) testing. Experience with automated testing tool and frameworks like Cypress, Selenium is an advantage but not required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to write detailed and clear test specifications.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
CI/CD skills are an added advantage.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Where is the position located?
This role is based in our newly established office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our Malaysia office specializes in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis. You will collaborate with talented tech colleagues.
