Our hiring process includes the following:
For technology hires: we'll start with an informal (coffee) chat to see if there’s a match with the role and the team and to share more about who we are. We’ll then do a (online) technical skills test and lastly, we give you a chance to show your work in a case interview.
For strategy consultants: the process always starts with a coffee to see if there's a match. After that, we follow a case study interview process with 2 1-hour case interviews followed by a longer case study assessment in our office. You will get to know our team and founders throughout the process.
